Parks & Open Spaces

The rolling hills are best enjoyed outdoors and Blackstone offers plenty to get you off the couch and out of the house. Miles of hiking and wilderness trails that will wind throughout the 900-acre community, connecting the golden, oak-studded hillsides, ridges and approximately 350 acres of preserved open spaces.

There are three park sites planned within the community. A 5-acre park site is adjacent to the future elementary school. The park will include a ball field for softball and soccer, an open turf area with lush green grass, picnic areas with tables and a restroom building.

Two additional park sites are planned for the North and South ends of Blackstone El Dorado. One site will include passive and active uses and the other will include mostly passive uses, appealing to residents looking for relaxing, quiet time under blue skies of the Sierra Foothills.
