Lennar’s The Enclave community, located within the El Dorado Hills Blackstone masterplan, will celebrate its grand opening this weekend on Saturday, September 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This community will be the first to debut Lennar’s new SmartLiving program, which puts solar and home automation technology into every new home as standard.

A keyless door lock from Schlage allows you to use a keypad or smart phone to lock and unlock the door. Plus, it’s able to give you notifications as people come and go, so you always know when the kids are coming and going.
Homes at the Enclave will include commercial-grade integrated WiFi to ensure office-quality wireless connections throughout.
